Homeopathy is a system of natural nano medicine derived (primarily) from organic substances. Homeopathy can be used as therapy for a wide range of both acute and chronic health issues. The goal of homeopathic treatment is to correct imbalances in the body that may be causing pathological symptoms of disease in order to stimulate the body to naturally heal itself. Homeopathy can be used as a form of natural primary care.
The best foundation for health and disease prevention is good nutrition. The use of whole organic foods and nutritional supplements in a health-promoting diet can help to prevent the onset of many chronic diseases, maintain optimal health, and manage existing chronic illness.
“Leave thy drugs in the chemist's pot if you can heal the patient with food.”
― Hippocrates

Studies have shown that patients may gain long term positive outcomes from lifestyle counseling. Lifestyle counseling empowers the patient to build wellness awareness in essential positive lifestyle habits such as a nutrient rich diet, healthy sleep habits, adequate positive and supportive social outlets, recreation & physical activity, environmental health, self-reflection and more.
Mental wellness, exercise, nutrition, and general lifestyle choices are all important components of daily health and disease prevention.
"The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease." -Thomas Edison
