Cash Casia, DIHom, CCH, RSHom (NA) is a nationally board-certified and registered classical homeopath, herbalist, and nutritional counselor offering an approach to health and wellness with comprehensive natural healing remedies and lifestyle counseling for both acute and chronic conditions for people of all ages. Cash is also the founder of CHC PREP, an educational program designed to prepare graduate students for homeopathic board certification,  and  she is the founder and creator of  ButterFaye  Organics, a wellness product line.  Previously, she was the administrator and an instructor at George Vithoulkas' International Academy of Classical Homeopathy for North America. Cash is a member of the North American Society of Homeopaths (NASH), National Center for Homeopathy (NCH), The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Naturopathic Medicine Institute (NMI). 

Cash graduated Summa Cum Laude from Everglades University with a Bachelor of Science in  Premedical  Health  Sciences and  Alternative Medicine, where she studied foundations in comprehensive medical health sciences and natural medicine including chiropractic medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, naturopathic medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, massage therapies, herbalism and homeopathy.  Before premedical studies, Cash also received a degree in Medical Administration in Health and Wellness from the University of Phoenix. Cash completed additional medical science graduate studies at the National University of Health Sciences and post-baccalaureate and graduate studies in herbal medicine and clinical nutrition at  Maryland  University of  Integrative  Health and Notre Dame of Maryland.  Cash studied homeopathy at the International Academy of Classical  Homeopathy with  George  Vithoulkas and The American Medical College of Homeopathy at Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture (PIHMA).
