Terms: All fees must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. Accepted payment methods include: Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Account, Apple Pay, Google, and PayPal. Checks are not accepted. Insurance does not pay directly for services. Tax & Reimbursement Information Homeopathic consultations are considered qualified medical expenses under IRS Section 213(d) and may be: Tax deductible Paid for using a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Covered through a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Paid with a Health Savings Account (HSA) No refunds will be issued for services rendered, or missed appointments, or last-minute canceled appointments. There is a $20 fee for appointments that are canceled 36 hours or more before an appointment. Appointment must be rescheduled 36 hours before appointment time. There is no fee for rescheduled appointments. Homeopathic Remedies The cost of homeopathic remedies is not included in the appointment fee.
